BODY BALANCE 身心靈平衡

結合了太極、瑜珈、皮拉德斯和冥想等現代人最需要的課程元素。不但可以訓練柔軟度、核心穩定性、全身肌力和呼吸協調度,還可以保持身體健康,整合協調身體系統。保持身體的柔軟度,伸展脊椎,強化肌肉和按摩重要器官。BODYBALANCE 不但是天然舒壓的最佳方式,亦可以幫助個人強化鎮靜度和集中力。

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


BODY COMBAT 戰鬥有氧

融合拳擊、空手道、太極拳、跆拳道的要素加以修改,使其安全性成為團體運動課程。本課程非訓練空手道或拳擊手,而是借用上述各式某些技巧融合有氧運動成為安全有效的心肺訓練課程。節奏強烈的音樂、動感的武術動作,BODY COMBAT是現在最HITO的。除了體適能五大要素外,也增進爆發力、專注力、平衡感,適合各種體適能之學員,包括初學者及進階者。

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.


BODY STEP 終極踏板

BODYSTEP™(終極踏板)課程是激發活力的踏板運動,讓您覺得自在,有活力。利用可調整高度的踏板,以及簡單的上下踏板、跨越踏板與環繞踏板的動作,您將從悅耳動聽的音樂與親切近人的指導中得到高度激勵。心肺組合運動會將脂肪燃燒系統推入高速階段,同時曲線雕塑與強健全身的肌肉。

BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYSTEP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

 


BODY PUMP 曲線槓鈴

運用多次數的肌力訓練技巧,針對全身肌群做肌耐力訓練,可延緩肌肉老化、增加骨質密度、防止骨質疏鬆症,使之燃燒脂肪轉換肌肉,同時加速消耗卡路里,增加基礎代謝率,因此能最快獲得最佳的體型,是一種真正快速及有效燃燒脂肪的運動,且因槓鈴有氧沒有跳躍或舞蹈動作,一般人很容易上手,是想瘦身同時又想增進肌肉耐力、雕塑身型的最佳運動。

BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center, and get high on the feeling of dance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYJAM™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography. Each new class will be a different dance experience depending on what's current and hot.
